You’ll be welcomed into her home in Acıbadem, Kadıköy—one of Istanbul’s liveliest neighborhoods on the Asian side. We’ll kick things off with Turkish tea or coffee, and get to know each other through casual chats. Melis will introduce you to the Turkish concept of home hospitality and share her own journey as an electronic DJ in Istanbul.

Then comes the fun part—learning to DJ! You’ll gather around the mixer as Melis walks you through each button and function, and then you’ll dive into a hands-on session where you’ll mix tracks together and experience what it’s like to create live electronic music.
