Creators Cancellation
If a creator cancels an experience, guests will receive a full refund for any payments made. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Creators must notify guests before cancellation, or face penalties or suspension, depending on the circumstances.
Guest Cancellation
If a guest cancels their booking 5 days or more before the scheduled experience, a full refund will be issued.
Issues with the Experiences
We understand that communication and meeting up can be hard sometimes if you are in somewhere new so this is why at Earthissimo we provide you an extra refund conditions to make both creators and guests under covered. You are one step-away from the refund if
- Creator can’t set up an online meeting room for the guests (Online Experiences).
- Creator doesn’t show up for the promised experience or arrives more than 30 minutes late.
- Creator makes significant changes to the experience after your booking
- If the experience poses serious health and safety risks please, report us directly.

- Contact the creator: The best course of action is to reach out to creator through preferred comunnication method or our platform. This way, we can keep a record of your messages, which is important for the refund process.
