At Earthissimo, we give you full control of your listings. We’ve enabled an amazing feature where you can manage all your experiences one by one. Here’s how:
- Go to the listings menu and choose the listing you want to edit.
- Click on the listing that you want to edit.
- By going to the edit menu in your card, you can edit the title, content, needs, and availability options.
- For the options to edit availability and group size, we have these features available.”

Booking Offset
Specify the minimum number of days in advance for guest bookings. For instance, if set to 1 day, guests must book at least 1 day prior to the experience.
Booking Window
Set the maximum number of days in advance that guests can book. For instance, if you set it to 90 days, guests can book your experience up to 90 days ahead.
Managing your Availability
If you don’t set any value for booking offset and window, your listing will be available for bookings at all times and dates. We recommend setting the booking offset to at least 1, so you can have a one-day prior notice for your experience. If you want to control your bookings manually and only want to accept requests instead of direct bookings, you can enable ‘Manually accept new bookings’.
Minimum Guest per Booking
We understand the importance of ensuring your services are profitable. Therefore, we provide you with the flexibility to specify the minimum number of participants required for your experience to run successfully. For example, if you set it to 3, there must be at least three guests in the bookings for your experience to proceed. You can set it up based on your preferences; it’s all up to you!
Maximum Guest per Experience
This is the part where you you create max group size for your booking. If it’s set to 20 bookings will be available until the slots are fulfilled. If you do only private or 1 on 1 arrange the minimum and maximum accordingly,
Managing Your Calendar
Go to the calendar of your listing by clicking on the ‘Calendar’ tab. As we mentioned, all listings’ availability is managed separately to give you full control over your services. If you set a booking offset and booking window to specific days, you can easily manage your calendar on the listing edit page according to your availability. Once a listing has been booked for specific dates, those dates cannot be closed for future bookings of the listing, so make sure that your maximum guest size is in place.

Manage your Bookings
When you have a new booking, you’ll receive an instant email notification from us. Just head to ‘Bookings’ in your user menu to view details like the number of guests, their profiles, and any notes they’ve left for you. For more information including guest names, surnames, phone numbers, emails, as well as your earnings and bills, click on ‘View Billing’.

Reaching Out to Guests and Handling Earnings Issues
In your ‘Invoice,’ you’ll find necessary information to contact the guest. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for better communication, which is essential for a great experience. If there are any issues with your earnings or communication with the guest, you can click on ‘Complaint’ and provide us with the details of the situation and your desired outcome. Remember, we’re here to help you grow your brand while creating memorable experiences

View Your Earnings
Simply click on ‘Wallet’ in your user menu. There, you can set up and manage your payout account, and easily view your earnings!
