Throughout these Terms, terms such as “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to our company, while individuals who have signed up to Earthissimo are referred to as ‘members,’ and those who search for, book, or use services are termed ‘guests.’ Additionally, users who offer services such as activities, workshops, classes, tours, coaching, tutoring, excursions, and events (“Experiences”) are referred to as “Creators.” Each creator’s offered services are referred to as “listings”. By accessing or using Earthissimo.com (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform. Acceptance of this policy also implies automatic acceptance of our content, payment, privacy, cookie, and cancellation policies. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Earthissimo. As the provider of the Earthissimo Platform, Earthissimo does not own, control, offer or manage any Listings or Creators Services. Earthissimo is not a party to the contracts entered into directly between Creators and Guests, nor is Earthissimo an event agency, travel agency, or insurer. Earthissimo is not acting as an agent in any capacity for any User; rather, We are here to create a platform where people can create, search, and book services with a clear to-do plan and value proposition.
- Account Registration
1.1 Eligibility: Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to offer services on the platform. However, they may search for and purchase services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 Account Registration: In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You must keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with third parties. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated.
1.4 Earthissimo values safety, respect, and a positive environment. With that in mind, please note that the following activities are not allowed in experiences: sexual suggestive activities, weapons, or any dangerous objects, and political activities. We strive to create a platform where everyone can enjoy unique and enriching experiences while feeling safe and respected.
- Prohibited Uses and Services
2.1 Prohibited Uses: Earthissimo is exclusively for offering services that add value to others; the platform cannot be used for selling physical products to guests.
2.2 Offering Services: Listings must provide a clear value proposition and actionable plan for guests.
2.3 Regulation of Services: All services offered must comply with local laws and regulations. Both Creators and Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance.
2.4 Safety for Services: Creators and guests bear full responsibility for assessing suitability based on fitness levels and health conditions. Creators must disclose any potential risks, and both parties must agree on suitability.
2.5 Prohibited Services: Services involving illegal, harmful, harassing, drug-related, discriminatory, sexual, or political activities are strictly prohibited.
2.6 Prohibited Activities: Users must not harass, discriminate, threaten, or harm others, disrupt platform functionality, manipulate security measures, engage in fraudulent behavior, or post harmful or objectionable content.
2.7 Requirements for our partners: Earthissimo partners with Stripe for payout processing, ensuring a worldwide platform for empowerment. Users must comply with Stripe’s guidelines on prohibited and restricted businesses and services.
2.8 Non-Compliance: Users failing to adhere to Earthissimo and Stripe terms will be removed from the platform.
- User Generated Content
2.1 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post, including text, photos, and other materials (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you acknowledge that Earthissimo is not responsible for any mistakes or inaccuracies in your content. Earthissimo will not be liable for any errors or omissions in any content posted by users.
2.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any User Content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any third-party rights. The Company reserves the right to remove or moderate any User Content that violates these Terms.
2.3 Content Guidelines: Members must adhere to our content guidelines, which prohibit illegal, sexual, political, offensive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict listings that violate these guidelines.
2.4 Respect Intellectual Property Rights: By utilizing our services, you agree to respect all copyright and legal notices, information, and restrictions contained within any Earthissimo Content, Services, or Marks accessed through the Site or the Services.
2.5 For more information on the use of content, including text, images, and other media, please refer to our Content Policy. By accepting these Terms of Use, you are also accepting and agreeing to abide by our Content Policy.
- Experiences & Communication
3.1 Interaction with others: The Platform allows you to book and participate in various experiences hosted by third-party individuals or companies (“creators”). While we provide opportunities for feedback and interaction with these experiences, it’s important to note that the platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the hosted experiences. We strive to offer the most credible ways for you to reach experiences.
3.2 Experience Participation: You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules and guidelines of the experiences. You must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the experiences.
3.3 Responsiveness for Creators: Creators are solely responsible for promptly responding to any inquiries. Failure to do so may result in penalties affecting their visibility.
3.4 Booking Note for Creators: When booking an experience, participants are encouraged to write friendly notes to creators to share their excitement, as well as any requests or questions they may have
3.5 Bookings Made on Earthissimo: We kindly request guests to make their bookings through Earthissimo for their safety. Without Earthissimo, you’ll miss the opportunity to provide feedback, one of the most protective and constructive elements of a good experience.
3.6 Unaccepted Behavior: Creators are prohibited from directing users outside of the Earthissimo platform to pay for bookings. If you encounter such behavior, please report it to us. Any creator reported for this issue will face penalties.
- Fees and Payments
4.1 Service Fees: The Platform may impose service fees for utilizing the provided services. The Company will transparently communicate any applicable fees prior to your confirmation of bookings and creation of listings.
4.2 Guest Fees: Guests will incur a service fee of 5 percent of the total booking amount.
4.3 Creator Fees: Creators will be subject to a service fee of 15 percent of the total booking amount, exclusive of guest fees
4.4 Onboarding for Payouts: All creators must complete Stripe Express onboarding to receive payments on Earthissimo. Compliance with these requirements is crucial before selling anything on Earthissimo. For information on Stripe onboarding, please refer to this article
4.5 Payment Provider Requirement: Creators must comply with our payment partner Stripe’s payout policy. Failure to do so will result in the removal of the payout account.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Creator Cancellations: Creators may occasionally need to cancel a booked experience due to unforeseen circumstances. If a creator cancels an experience, the guest will receive a full refund of any fees paid for the booking. Creators who cancel without prior notice will face penalties.
5.2 Guest Cancellations: In the event of a guest’s cancellation, creators will be subject to the cancellation policy, including potential refunds.
5.3 Adherence to Policies: Members are expected to adhere to Earthissimo’s policies and guidelines, including the Cancellation and Refund Policy, to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all users.
6. Reviews and Ratings
6.1 Following the completion of an experience, guests have the opportunity to leave a review and rate their experience. These reviews are crucial for establishing credibility and maintaining the quality of experiences on Earthissimo. Guests who did not attend the experience are not eligible to leave a review
6.2 Review Authenticity: Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and feedback. Guests are encouraged to provide honest and constructive reviews to maintain the integrity of our community.
6.3 Feedback and Improvement: Your feedback matters to us. We use reviews and ratings to continuously improve the Earthissimo experience for both creators and guests. Your insights help us maintain a high standard of quality.
6.4 Inappropriate Content: Any reviews containing inappropriate content, including but not limited to offensive language or personal information, will be subject to moderation. Our aim is to maintain a respectful and positive environment.

- Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is also subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy,. The Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
- Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without the Company’s prior written consent.
- Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
